The work
Complete Chassis Restoration
Stripped to a bare shell with all parts removed, checked, and brought back to factory spec. The chassis was cleaned thoroughly, repaired where needed, and coated with a durable anti-rust treatment to keep it solid for years.
Engine Rebuild
The original fuel-injected four-cylinder was fully rebuilt with new pistons, bearings, and a balanced crank. The cylinder head was refreshed with new valve guides for smooth, reliable performance.
Bodywork Restoration
Original panels were carefully restored to keep the car’s classic lines. Painted in Glacier White using a modern two-stage paint system for a clean, lasting finish.
Interior Craftsmanship
The interior was redone with period-correct grey Recaro seats and matching trim, using quality materials. The dashboard and gauges were restored to keep the SRi’s sporty feel intact.
Electrical System Upgrade
Rewired with a factory-style loom, adding a modern fuse box and alternator for better reliability while maintaining the original look.
