Cookie Policy

1. The short version

We do not set any cookies of our own, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only cookies involved come from one of the image services we use, explained in section 3.

2. What is stored on your device

Only one thing, and only for a moment: the website checks that your browser can store information by saving a test entry and deleting it straight away. Nothing is kept, and nothing about you is recorded.

3. Images from other companies

Some pictures are supplied directly by other companies: vehicle photographs by eBay, other photographs by Unsplash and Shopify, and the what3words logo on our Contact page by what3words. To show one, your browser fetches it from that company, which receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy links to each one.

The mark beside each customer review, showing the website the review came from, is a picture held on this website, so nothing is fetched from those companies to display it. None of the image providers above set a cookie when we checked.

4. Links to other websites

We link to our Google Maps listing, our what3words address, our Facebook and Instagram pages, our reviews on Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Yell, and our eBay listings. None of these is embedded in our pages. Once you follow a link, that website’s own cookie policy applies.

5. Managing cookies

We do not set cookies, so there is nothing to switch off for this website. Your browser’s settings let you block or delete cookies from other websites.

6. If this changes

If we ever add anything that stores information on your device and is not strictly necessary, we will ask your permission before it runs, and update this policy.
